Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of vehicles and vetting.- Verification of vehicles for Compliance.
- Loading of vehicles on the system to ensure readiness.
- Ensuring and reduction of HSSE incidents.
- Scheduling vehicles for loading.
- Executing the load scheduling.
- Debriefing of the loads and ensuring deliveries are planned in advance.
- Reporting of KPI’s.
- Processing of accruals.
- Verification of the loads and processing the invoices.
- Ensuring benchmarking and loading of the transport rates.
- Training on Basic PATROM, Safe-to-Load (STL) and vehicle Inspection.
