Full job description
Our company based in Fairlands, Johannesburg is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with experience in the role to work in a company specialising in electrical, water and gas prepaid meters.
This role is office based!!!!

JOB SPECIFICATION
Updating stock sheet and Swap Tab
· Picking Stock for daily invoicing
· Removing sold stock from the sheet daily as per invoicing
· Issuing of Inhouse Stock House requests for samples, test meters, warranty and maintenance meters
· Invoicing Swap meters issued for maintenance, warranty, sample, test meters
· Record keeping for authorisation and filing of inhouse documents and invoices
· Reconciling and updating credited stock
· Price Changes Checks on system
Cycle Counts & Stocktake for CS and PPM Stock
· Cycle Counts performed weekly and variances resolved timeously
· Cycle Count performed after the scanning process in stocktake and variances are accounted for
· Creation of new stock sheet monthly
· Auditing the vehicle and contractor stock list
· Scanning
· Balancing stock and resolving variances by the 10th of the month
Maintaining Stock Levels
· Stock Projection with the Sales Team monthly
· Reviewing Stock holding
· Creating Purchase Orders
· Ordering stock and follow ups
· Collecting stock
· Scanning stock
· GRN stock
· Moving of CS stock to PPM when required – internal procedure
· Data Sheets updated and when stock versions are changed and relevant internal departments are updated
· Campaign Updates with Sales Team / Marketing
WHS tickets
· Credited Stock updated in whs and stock sheet
Stage testing on new products and codes
· Full procedure of stock code creation, data sheets, errors reported and tracked, records saved
· Assistance on new products required
Process and procedure
· Maintaining and updating exisiting
· Creating of new procedures identified
Laison Management
· Updating laison internal sheet with daily sales
· Issuing and Invoicing of CS stock for samples, testing, maintenance purposes
· Support to Laison Customers
· Calling Laison customers and maintaining forecasted orders
· Maintaining the Laison Pricing Index
· Forecasting Imports
· Container order and management for import
· Container receival and GRN
· Document compilation for SARS
· Assistance with special projects from Laison Containers
Warranties
· Recording, analysing and invoicing out warranty stock for PPM and CS daily, ensuring this is balancing with stock levels
· Follow Ups for Suppliers for warranty stock
· Replacement and record of duplicated stock from Suppliers
Housekeeping & Other
· Labelling of stock codes visible and in order
· Disposal of faulty meters with FS
· WHS ‘s are locked at all times and authorised entry only
· Cleanliness of gabby room, glass room and warehouse
· Posting stats daily on the warehouse group, including all movements and activities
Other
· Comply with all reporting requirements, liaise with other departments, attend meetings etc.
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience with stock keeping and stock control
- Fully computer literate (Google Suite especially Google sheet
- Must be very accurate and meticulous
- Must be able to work independently all the times in a small group
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience dealing with customers
- Excellent ability with figures (balancing figures, calculations etc.)
- Excellent ability working with spreadsheets, formula’s etc
