Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientations.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
– Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
– Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, such as payroll, benefits, and leave.
– Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
– Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and training and development initiatives.
– Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement retention strategies.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
– preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
– Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
– Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R12 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
