General Responsibilities May Include:
- Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and systems used by the organization
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, and variance analysis
- Track and manage inventory records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Calculate and analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuations
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Requirements:
- Utilize QuickBooks or NetSuite software for financial management and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Use Excel skills to create detailed financial reports and models.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial accounting, preferably within a similar industry
